Bentonite Clay

Historically volcanic clay has benefited the entire body both via applications and consumption by reducing inflammation and assisting in expelling toxins to increase immunity. Bentonite Clay, through its ability to act like a magnet or sponge benefits the skin by balancing oil production/sebum levels, preventing acne and blemishes, reducing irritations, redness, allergic or ulcerated skin. Since the clay is very gentle and naturally cleansing, it may be used as a baby powder alternative when applied to irritated and red skin requiring soothing.

Directions: Mix bentonite clay powder with water to make a thick paste. Apply to the areas of skin that are prone to oil or acne. Leave the mask on for 20 minutes and rinse thoroughly. Repeat two or three times per week.

This clay is a cost effective way of “detoxing” the body for centuries as it is able to be taken internally to protect many body systems from bacteria in the gut and neutralize viruses due to the ability to protect the lining of the intestines from letting toxins through. Do not exceed 1 teaspoon per day internally for a maximum of a month at a time.
